VAUGHAN WOODS’ BRIDGES – ONE OF MAINE’S MOST ENDANGERED HISTORIC SITES
Among the 10 sites chosen in 2015 for Maine Preservation’s “Most Endangered Historic Sites” was Vaughan Woods, whose seven historic stone arch bridges (ca. 1900-1930) are all in need of restoration.
